It’s been a while since I sat down and wrote a blog but I’ve had a sudden burst of inspiration over the last few weeks. I want to get back into blogging – especially now that I have a somewhat good Instagram following. (I can’t believe over two thousand people actually care about what I have to say and what I do)
However, the last time I wrote a blog was in November 2017 and a lot has changed. For anyone new to me and my blog, there’s quite a lot you may not know about me. That’s why I am writing this blog, so you can catch up with me and my life.
What you’ve missed…

In my last blog, I talked about my relationship with anxiety and how it was affecting my dating life. Well, while me and anxiety may not be quite separated just yet, I have been in a relationship for a little under a year now – it’s actually our first year anniversary on Saturday. I’m not going to get too mushy about how much I love him but I always thought being single was better than having to worry about someone else. When in reality it’s quite nice to have a partner in crime who supports you through everything.

Speaking of mental health, I am in a much better place in terms of anxiety and depression than I have been the last few years. I feel so much more confident in terms of my ability to adult properly and body confidence. While I still have those days where you just cannot be bothered with life, I’ve come to accept that these are just my mind needing to take a rest – just like a marathon runner needing a water break.
What’s to come…
There’s plenty of exciting things coming up that I’m looking forward to blog about. If you know me, you will know that I love Disney and Christmas. That’s why at the beginning of December, my sister and I are going to Disneyland Paris. I am beyond excited for the trip – we have been waiting about a year, so expect an Instagram spam and lots of blog posts.
I also turn twenty one next year, which is bound to be a huge celebration (because I like a party). I know that my family and I have potential plans for a cruise. Plus, I’m looking to do a bit of travelling in South East Asia with my boyfriend next year so if you have any suggestions or tips, let me know.
As I said before there’s lots of exciting things coming in the future and I look forward to writing about it. Keep an eye on my blog for more.
